5. Donations and Transactions

When using our donation features:

• All donations are made voluntarily and at your own discretion
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items donated
• Users are responsible for verifying items and coordinating delivery
• We are not liable for disputes between users
• Donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed between parties
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding donations

Business accounts must provide accurate business information and documentation. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and reject or suspend accounts that do not meet our verification standards.

7. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post on the App. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Our Content: All App content, features, and functionality are owned by PassItOn and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PassItOn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
